Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges will be applied as per the table below. The deduction percentage is calculated based on the total booking amount.

Children Policy
Children above 8 years of age will be considered as full head and charged at the adult rate.
- Children below 8 years may be charged at a reduced rate (subject to package terms)
- Infants below 2 years are typically complimentary (excluding meals)
- Age proof may be required at the time of travel

Cancellation Request
Submit a written cancellation request mentioning the reason for cancellation

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24–48 hours

Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
Important Notes
- No-shows are treated as cancellations and no refund will be provided
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Special/festival season bookings may have stricter cancellation policies
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis
- Third-party service fees (flights, trains, permits) may have separate cancellation policies
