Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment
- You will receive a confirmation email with booking details
- Please verify all details and report errors within 24 hours
Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Special offers cannot be combined with other discounts
- Taxes and fees are included unless otherwise specified
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking
- Ensure you have valid travel documents (ID proof, permits if required)
- Arrive at pickup points on time
- Respect local customs, wildlife, and environment
- Follow safety guidelines provided by tour guides
- Not engage in illegal activities during tours
- Be responsible for your personal belongings

Experience Jharkhand shall not be liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or force majeure
- Actions of third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury not caused by our negligence
- Changes in government regulations affecting travel
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Experience Jharkhand is not responsible for any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances not covered by insurance.

Governing Law
